Housed in a special presentation plastic wallet, the solid sterling silver proof medal is set in card with x4 UK railway postage stamps with a value of 7p, 8p, 10p and 12p, cancelled by Royal Mail Darlington on the 13th August 1975. Virtually mint condition. Together with Royal Mail 'Famous Trains Presentation Pack containing x5 stamps showing famous Cuneo paintings. Virtually mint. £10

The original totems would have been on this station which is situated just before the Royal Albert Bridge across the Tamar to Saltash. This lovely, scarce hardback has the spine missing but the binding is still sound. As a consequence, the front cover is detached but in good order. The map inside the front cover is ripped but still all there. £10

370 London Brighton & South Coast Railway Handlamp together with a BR Handlamp. The LBSCR one has the original, large oval fully titled LB&SCR brass badge affixed to side, above which is a small brass makers plate 'Arthur J. Poole, 25 Pershore Street Birmingham'. The side body has a rectangular steel plate stamped VICTORIA. The reducing cone has a small rectangular brass plate 'S[E]R. No front lens and no aspect glasses. The reservoir is unmarked but the reflector is also stamped S[E]R. No burner and no catch to front door. The BR one is a 4 aspect lacking burner and aspect glasses and also the catch above the handle. Both totally unrestored. N/S
