The information we hold is solely for the company accounts and records. It is confined to name, addresses, telephone number, email address. Additionally individual lot entries (with bank details of customers requiring bank transfer payments) and individual invoices showing items purchased with bid prices plus commission and any sundry payments. All these are provided and held with customer approval.

With the exception of HMRC regulations, individual information can be removed on request just as the information held can be checked on request by registered customers. The company does not accept any debit/credit card payments so no related data is held by us, however, we may hold bank details of individuals who request bank transfer payments.
To comply with HMRC regulations, invoices generated which contain personal data, are held by us for a minimum of 6 years. This information can be requested at any time by individuals but cannot be deleted.
